“I was very pleased with the job. Communication was fantastic, Milene was very detailed and walked through all of the steps with me about what to expect, payment, etc. I was so appreciative of them texting me with a picture of two stains on my floor to determine which one I wanted to go with. The one I originally told them to use looked much more yellow than the natural look that I was going for. I am so grateful that they sent me the pictures before they began staining because I would’ve been disappointed had they completed the project with my original selection. I appreciated them taking the time to make sure I was content (and letting me view the two samples on my floor beforehand). Each day she would send me a text letting me know that they were done for the day & what work had been completed that day. She is very responsive and was thorough with talking me through the “dos and don’ts” of my new flooring. I’m very pleased with their work & highly recommended them.”
