Throughout the decision-making process, she answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. We selected Design & Elegance for our project. They were able to start about a week later which worked perfectly since we were having other work done and needed the floors to be completed first. During the installation process, we received an update on their progress at the end of each day and frequently received photos (great since we were on vacation the first week)!
